Apollo helps me to finish the job early

I use Apollo almost every day for 3 years now. Not in the weekends because Apollo helps me to finish the job early on friday afternoon. It just works simply great. The combination of tasklists, timers, messages, crm and all the other stuff which I do forget to mention right now, is all I need. Besides that, the support and listening to customers wishes is, I use the word again, great!

Apollo does pretty much everything I need!

I'm so happy to have FINALLY found a project management tool that does pretty much everything I need! You have no idea how many different ones I've gone through this past year.

I wouldn't go back!

I too jumped the Basecamp ship. I'm now managing all my projects, tasks and contacts with Apollo by Applicom, and wouldn't go back!

Best price-performance ratio!

After searching for a project-contact-time-management-system for about 2 years and after nearly giving up I found Apollo by accident. After three days I was convinced. After seven I never wanted to be without it again.

Tons of contacts, tasks, status updates, and more… it's working!

We're already seeing more engagement, in my opinion, than we ever saw with Highrise or SugarCRM, both of which we've tried/used before coming to Apollo. Finally, a Project Manager with a built-in CRM!

Nothing but high praises for this app and your company

The true test of an app is whether not having it significantly affects your workflow. Without question, that statement applies to Apollo. It continues to surprise me every week. Today I tried creating a task by email. Absolutely flawless. And how it handles attachments and the body text of the email is superb. Nothing but high praises for this app and your company. This is a sleeper app who’s story needs to be told.

Issues solved!

I was a Basecamp user for over 4 years and had grown accustomed to its ease of use and how it functioned. However, there were things that I always wanted to see it do and a few things that I wanted to see go away. Apollo solved those issues for me!
