Apollo assigns to each user a unique email address. Send an email to that particular email address to create a message in Apollo where the subject is the title of your discussion and the message is the body.

Create tasks sending emails to Apollo and assign the person who is responsible for it and the date it is due.
Reply to notifications to add comments
Add comments to discussions simply replying to the notification emails.
Auto pilot for customer interactions
Adding your Apollo email address in BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) will store the conversation under the right contact.
Attach files
Feel free to attach any kind of file to your email, Apollo will attach it to the right discussion.
